This is a 1/3 of a body of beef minus the prime cuts (eye fillet/scotch fillet/porterhouse/rump) split into 5 kg boxes and delivered each month throughout the year so that you do not need to invest in a chest freezer! This will include 3 x 500 g packs of mince, 3 x 500 g packs of sausages, 2 x 500 g packs of diced beef (chuck/blade), 1 kg piece of brisket/ossobucco . By far the greatest value for money, the CSA model allows us as the farmers to plan our supply for the year so our members recieve a 15% discount compared to retail prices. The monthly delivery comes frozen and is delivered between Busselton and Augusta and inland to Nannup.
CSA - Small Braising Grass-Fed Beef Share (5 kg/month)
We will endeavour to accomodate requests for variation for each monthly delivery, however the aim of the CSA model is to recieve and use the whole animal.
