This is a 2/3 of a body of beef minus the prime cuts (eye fillet/scotch fillet/porterhouse/rump) split into 10 kg boxes and delivered each month throughout the year so that you do not need to invest in a chest freezer!
This will include:
6 x 500 g packs of mince
6 x 500 g packs of sausages
4 x 500 g packs of diced beef (chuck/blade)
2 x 1 kg piece of brisket/ osso buco .
By far the greatest value for money, the CSA model allows us as the farmers to plan our supply for the year so our members recieve a 15% discount compared to retail prices.
The monthly delivery comes frozen and is delivered between Busselton and Augusta and inland to Nannup.
